Our Story
This journey began long before coaching had a name in my world. It started with a deep desire to solve problems, empower people, and leave every space better than I found it. As a young engineer and one of few women in male-dominated industries, I quickly learned that technical knowledge alone wasn’t enough clarity, confidence, and purpose mattered just as much.
Over the past three decades, I’ve built a career that blends engineering, entrepreneurship, and empowerment. As the Principal Consultant at Lonadek and founder of several STEM focused initiatives, I’ve led projects, shaped policies, mentored youth, and sat at boardroom tables. But what has always driven me is people helping them rise, lead, and thrive.
That passion led to the creation of this coaching practice. A space where professionals, dreamers, leaders, and changemakers can reflect, grow, and take aligned action personally and professionally. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when someone gains clarity, steps into their potential, and begins to lead from a place of purpose.
This is more than a coaching platform. It’s a continuation of my lifelong mission to build capacity, create opportunities, and support the next wave of impactful individuals. Where does it come from?
This work comes from lived experience years spent breaking barriers, solving complex problems, and mentoring others to do the same.
It comes from boardrooms, classrooms, project sites, and community centers. From decades of leading in engineering, technology, and entrepreneurship often as the only woman in the room and turning challenges into stepping stones.
It comes from a deep-rooted belief that everyone deserves a chance to grow, lead, and succeed with confidence.
Most of all, it comes from purpose. A calling to empower others with the tools, mindset, and support they need to rise because when one person grows, we all move forward.
